Know what to automate
before you pay to build it.
A fixed-fee review of how work actually moves through your business today — not a sales pitch. You get a written plan of what to automate first, in what order, and a fixed-price quote for the build, so the decision is easy either way.
A clear plan,
not a sales pitch.
I map how work actually moves through your tools today — intake, quoting, scheduling, documents, follow-up — and where the repetitive, manual steps are costing the most time.
You walk away with a written plan: what to automate first, in what order, and a fixed-price quote for the build. If you move forward, the audit fee is credited in full toward the project.
The plan and report are yours to keep, whether or not you build with me.
Two prices.
No guessing.
A flat fee based on team size, not scope — since defining the scope is the point of the audit.
The audit fee is credited in full toward the automation or software build if you move forward.
Book a time
A short call to confirm team size and scope, so the fixed fee is set before we start.

Written plan
A ranked list of what to automate first, the tools involved, and a fixed-price quote for the build.
Decide
Move forward and the audit fee is credited toward the build, or keep the plan either way.

What do I actually get from the audit?+
A written report: a map of how work moves through your tools today, a ranked list of what to automate first, and a fixed-price quote for the build — something you can act on with or without me.
How is the audit priced?+
$950 for teams under 25 people, $1,500 for teams of 25 or more. It's a flat fee based on team size, not a scope-dependent estimate, since defining the scope is the point of the audit.
Do I have to build with you afterward?+
No. The plan and report are yours either way. If you do move forward, the audit fee is credited in full toward the build.
How long does the audit take?+
Typically a single working session plus a few days to write up the plan — usually delivered within a week of booking.
What if I just want the free review instead?+
The free 15-minute review is a quick conversation, not a written plan. If you want a documented audit of your workflows and a ranked plan to act on, that's what the paid audit is for.
