I’m Baron. Senior software engineer, technical lead, and founder of DossX.
I’ve spent 18+ years building and modernizing production software, from federal systems and national retail to cloud platforms and AI. I’ve led engineering teams of up to ten, mentored dozens of developers, and stayed hands-on with the code the whole way—rebuilding e-commerce checkout flows at Pier 1 Imports, modernizing legacy federal systems for the U.S. EPA, architecting multi-tenant SaaS platforms, and now building RAG-based AI tools as the founder of DossX. I hold a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University.
My approach is straightforward: understand what matters, challenge unnecessary complexity, and build something useful. I care as much about the systems behind the interface as I do about the interface itself.
